Associate Attorney III

Join our mission to promote dignity at work. We advise local companies and non-profit organizations on best employment practices, represent them in governmental investigations, and defend them in lawsuits. Unlike many firms in this practice area, we also consult with employees of giant companies and take a select few cases. We are looking for an experienced litigator to take cases as a first-chair attorney. We can train you in the substantive area if you bring the right talents and experience. Must be licensed to law practice in Washington State and have significant civil litigation experience. While much of the job can be done remotely, the right candidate will be able to address the needs of the client and demands of the court.

The right attorney has a measure of humility, an instinct to take responsibility, and a drive to improve. We provide mentorship and coaching to help you identify and reach your professional goals, and we train you to do excellent work, including teaching you employment law and litigation skills.
