Robert Morris University Illinois seeks Day Division, Part-time Art & Design Instructors for our Graphic Design program at our Chicago Campus. Courses begin in our Winter Quarter, December 2, 2019. We are currently seeking instructors for both Photoshop and Typography. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop required.
Our Part-time Instructors are provided course materials and syllabi, along with professional faculty mentors to assist with course planning and implementation. In addition, part-time faculty earn paid sick leave and paid time off, tuition benefits for dependents, active participation in curriculum development, and professional development opportunities, in addition to other benefits!
Ideal candidates will have earned a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Art, Graphic Design, or related; experience in teaching at the collegiate level and a PhD is preferred but not required. Experience working in the industry with Photoshop or as a typographer a plus!
