Job Description
Foster City SAAS company is looking for a new member to join this Deal Desk Team!In this role, you will manage the closing order process including approvals, documents, and CRM requirements to book a contract. The Order Approver will work with Field Sales Reps, Legal, and Finance to process the deals accurately, efficiently, and on a timely basis. This is a highly visible role where the Order Approver is expected to manage Closed Order workflows across the global sales organization and ensure orders are following standard company policies and guidelines. Here are the key areas to manage:•Manage the Close Order process end to end•Work cross functionally with Legal and Finance on closed orders compliance and revenue (606)•Provide Sales Operations leadership, support, and training to the Sales organization on the Order processThis role is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic Sales Operations team that will be working with a new advanced CPQ/CLM system providing many opportunities for subject matter expert (SME) learning and more professional development. There will also be cross training opportunities with Renewals Processing and Customer Provisioning within the Sales Operations team.
