Immediate need for a Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to support Import/Export company in the Miami are of DoralThis is a hybrid role of Bookkeeper and Office Administrator. Performs accounting in Quickbooks Desktop such as invoicing, a/p, a/r, bank reconciliations, and sends Excel spreadsheet with financials to CPA for monthly reporting. And supports with Office Administrative tasks such as completing Bill of Lading for vendors, tracking shipments and communicating with clients. Any knowledge of Import/Export of with Bills of Lading is a plus but not required and training is available. This position is a small office setting and requires the ability to multi-task.
