The Creative Group is working with a busy, growing small business client looking for an all-star social media specialist. Responsibilities•Establish and maintain productive relationships and communication between our client and its audiences •Manage ongoing social media campaigns (e.g. daily posts on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), research content ideas, and drive followers with consistent content and message targetingAdditional responsibilities may include: •Monitoring and maintaining quality and performance standards•Improving client satisfaction and integration of all appropriate product and service elementsRequirements:•Strong communication,customer service and support skills •Bachelor or Science in Marketing or Communications-related field•3+ years’ experience•Product and brand, CRM, digital, social, and/or research experience•Strong project management and previous agency experience•Web analytics expertise is a plusThis role is 100% remote, a couple hours per week, for at least 4 months.
