Our client has a great opportunity for a Sales Support/Administrative Assistant to join their growing financial services firm. Responsibilities of the Sales Support/Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:
setting up client meetings
putting together meeting materials
updating client files
answering client calls for the advisors
preparing client paperwork
Candidates applying to this position are required to have at least 2-3 years in sales support or administrative assistance. Candidates are strongly encouraged to have some exposure and knowledge to the financial services/wealth management industry.
