Job Description
- Maintain and manage project portfolio management tools like Jira, SmartSheet, Project SharePoint Sites, etc. - Analyze all data and project deliverables and ensure adherence to all timeframe and budget requirements. - Maintain all work according to procedures and policies. - Assist PMs in closure for all projects and perform required benefit analysis in collaboration with project team and maintain record of all governance meetings. - Collaborate with finance team and Director to perform all associate activities and prepare appropriate summaries within required time frame as needed. - Manage version control and review process on project deliverables as applicable.- 2+ years of experience in project management - Working knowledge of SmartSheet is a must - Working knowledge of Jira and SharePoint is a plus - Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma with 4+ years of experience - Interpersonal and communication skills - Organizational and planning ability, managing multiple concurrent projects - Ease with new software tools - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint - Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills - Self-Starter, can work independently as well as in a team environment
