A startup based in Santa Monica is seeking a temporary Office Manager to join their team immediately. In this role, you will be main point of contact for all vendors, guests, and team members to ensure that it is a collaborative, welcoming environment. In this role, you will greet all incoming vendors, visitors and guests, book conference rooms and common areas, order office supplies/snacks, help with event coordination, coordinate weekly catered lunches and happy hours, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Office Manager, is open to wearing many hats and can think on their feet. This is a temporary position that is slated for 6 weeks, however it has the potential to extend. Hours are 8-5pm, Monday-Friday.
