Our Office Manager position is a challenging, evolving and rewarding position where you will wear many hats and have the ability to influence multiple sectors of our organization. You will provide reception and general office support duties with an emphasis on excellent customer service, logistics and support to all departments. As the first point of contact for customers, the Office Manager sets the overall tone of the experience. This role also provides the oversight to ensure that we have a smooth, efficient and organized office space. Therefore, a strong commitment to professionalism and quality service combined with the ability to multitask and be flexible is essential.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Diligent customer follow-up & follow-through
Coordination of project deliverables
Invoicing and job costing
Monitoring of production staff
Priority management is crucial
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Multi-tasker- able to handle multiple tasks concurrently
Hard worker and team player
Organized and detail oriented
Customer service mindset
Ability to navigate software-based platforms
Experience or ability to learn QuickBooks software
Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Bi-lingual a plus
