Seeking an Office Clerk to assist with daily filing for the Office, putting away the office supplies and distributing the mail. Candidate must be friendly and able to work on different projects as an office floater. Projects will consist of Company events and Company meeting as well as office restructuring and construction administrative duties. Candidate must be Bilingual to be able to communication in Both Spanish and English. Ms Office skills required. MS Excel to update the supplies order date and delivery date.
