DescriptionNational law firm is expanding and seeking a Trial Litigation Paralegal (commercial, construction, premises liability, catastrophic injury, etc) with 7+ years extensive trial experience for its Miami office. This litigation paralegal will be working with a team of paralegals and attorneys on sophisticated cases in State and Federal Courts. Law firms offers 20 PTO days; profit sharing, 401k, overtime and excellent benefits.
Apply in confidence to firstname.lastname@example.org.RequirementsResponsibilities: Prepare summary of deposition transcripts Assemble chronologies of pertinent facts and key documents, including medical records Prepare records, review and prepare exhibits, analyze medical records, trial preparation Review, analyze and organize document productions by opposing parties and co-defendants Assist in document productions Draft subpoenas, notices of deposition and pattern discovery requests Manage documents and organize case files Solid experience with all phases of discovery, trial preparation and attendance Summation and Trial Director preferred.
