Human Resource GeneralistRobert Half Finance and Accounting is seeking a self-driven accounting professional for a full time Human Resource Generalist role located in the Rochester Hills area. The Human Resource manages the day-to-day operations of the human resource office of a company, as well as the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs. Human Resource departments generally handle employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.If you are interested in this position please contact Sean Robinson at 248-205-5582 Ext 48128 or email Sean.robinson@roberthalf.com for immediate consideration.- Employee Relations dealing with complex issues- Collaborates with Branch and Operational Management at all locations- Works with Management in areas of recruiting, interviewing, preemployment testing and onboarding new talent- Ensures legal/compliance requirements are met as related to Human Resources with oversight from Director of Human Resources- Manages safety and workers’ comp initiatives within division- Anticipates and responds to HR needs- Develops method to track & report critical HR trends- Works within the HRIS (PS) to maintain accurate records- Communicates and escalates issues with Director HR as deemed appropriate- Facilitate training for management-Communicate information to employees and responds to questions
