Pay is "market."Please email your background to Chris.Willhite@RobertHalf.com or you can call Chris Willhite at 972-789-9590.Financial Reporting ManagerDESCRIPTION Position Summary:The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for organizing, directing and completing all internal and external financial and accounting reporting obligations of the Company including monthly internal reporting, quarterly and annual external reporting and for managing the preparation of IRS and SEC reporting and filings, including the 10-Qs and 10-K.Essential Functions: Prepare the Quarterly and Annual Reports on Form 10-Q/K and manage the internal and external review for these documents.
Prepare quarterly earnings release. Create and maintain SEC calendar to inform parties of necessary deadline adherence for the following processes: financial close, BOD package, press release and 10-Q/K. Manage communications with external auditors on external financial statements and accounting issues to ensure auditor agreement with company decisions on accounting disclosures, and issues.
Assist in the coordination of annual audit and quarterly review activities of external auditors. Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements. Responsible for Great Plains chart of accounts and access administration.
Cash flow review Investment portfolio Monthly financial reporting and month end consolidations. SEC and IRS reporting Financial Statements SOX Controls Bank account access administration Support month end and year end closing. Participate in other projects as required.POSITION REQUIREMENTS Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies: Ability to effectively prioritize work, establish and execute plans to meet tight deadlines, multi-task and work under pressure with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity. Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting.
