Job Description
M-F: 8:30am-5:30pm
End date subject to change. Possible extension. If the candidate does extremely well they might be able to continue extending their assignment and convert to full-time, although it is meant to be a contract role.

- Responsible for entering all customer complaints, and credit
disputes received via telephone, email, or mail, utilizing our
complaint management software
- Processing all returned mail, returned check letters, credit
verification letters, or any other correspondence received
- Efficiently and accurately handles system related “help desk”
- Processing charge off transactions on all 180 day delinquent
- All other duties assigned by ManagementCustomer Service, Call Center Customer Service, Data Entry
