Robert Half is searching for a Commercial Lease Administrator for a rapidly expanding real estate firm in the greater Baltimore area. This is an exciting position that will operate in more of an accounting capacity for the team. Please submit resumes to cody.marshall@roberthalf.comThis Commercial Lease Administrator would be responsible for, but now limited to the following: 1) Managing the billing and accounts receivable process of properties2) Maintain records of leases, renewals, billing information, and expenses for all properties. 3) Update database with any relevant documentation4) Conduct CAM calculations and taxes for commercial properties. 5) Analyze billing activity given lease and sublease status. 6) Provide accurate reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.7) Special accounting projects as assigned
