Job Description
OFFICE MANAGER NEEDED!This is a full-time role, where the office managers purpose is to successfully coordinate and provide administrative support to the collection of companies, administrative department and ownership group.RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE OFFICE MANAGER:- bookkeeping- daily deposits- daily mail- accounts payable and receivable- purchasing process and office supplies- telephone extension management and phone support- IT support coordination- electronic signage management and support- coordinate and schedule meetings for ownership group- arrange travel- manage conference room calendars- customer service coordination and quality checks- creating powerpoint slide decks- proofreading and editing correspondence- taking and distributing meeting notes- submitting and executing recommendations to improve administrative efficiencies.
