Accountemps is working with our growing client to find an experienced Billing Coordinator. This Billing Coordinator will work closely with multiple divisions and require a high attention to detail.
What you get to do:
-Daily sales order entry
-Monthly analysis and reporting
-Investigation of billing discrepancies
-Managing the full-cycle invoicing process
-Support account maintenance and pricing adjustments
-Work with other divisions to resolve billing issues
-Various administrative duties as assigned
-Degree in Accounting or related field
-1+ years of recent billing experience
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
-Strong verbal and written communications skills
-Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
