Administrative support for benefit-related processes. Responsible for managing various internal and external customer support-type activities, ensuring a strong, responsive experience.
Responsible for processing Vendor Billing, Benefit Enrollments validations, and Benefit Reports. Advises the Benefits Team on related procedural and compliance updates. Identifies procedural and compliance gaps and opportunities, providing solutions and workarounds.
Assists with the production of reports and analysis for executive management and senior leaders. Employs the analysis to identify gaps and opportunities, and supports data driven decision making. Is responsible for guiding employees through health and welfare processes to ensure successful deployment of policies and programs.
High school diploma required, additional education preferred.
1-3 years of experience in Human Resources (HR), Employee Benefits, or related experience.
Entry level to intermediate experience with benefits administration activities for group benefit plans, increasing employee awareness, benefit market trends, and benefit vendor management.
