Job Description
Robert Half is in the market for an ambitious Administrative Assistant who enjoys new challenges and thrives in a fast-paced environment to join a Higher Education company. In this Administrative Assistant role, you will perform various administrative and office support duties. Do you love mail merging, pivot tables, and presentation design? Then we have the Administrative Assistant position for you. A long-term contract / temporary to hire opportunity, this Administrative Assistant opportunity is located in the Tuskegee, Alabama area.

What you get to do every single day

- Provide help when needed with various projects for other employees

- Respond to phone inquiries

- Receive and tend to visitors

- Tend to word processing, filing, and faxing duties- At least doit être autorisé à travailler au Canada year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

- Ideal candidate must have adept computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

- Ability to use the internet for research

- Mailing List experience preferred

- Deep understanding of Microsoft Office 365

- Knowledge of Web Development

- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
