Looking to take your experience as an Administrative Assistant to the next level? OfficeTeam has a terrific opportunity for you to consider with a dynamic, ever-growing company in the Real Estate & Property industry. You will be responsible for various office support and administrative duties as the Administrative Assistant. Do you embrace the tasks of mail merging, pivot tables, and presentation design? Then we have just the Administrative Assistant position for you. This Administrative Assistant role is a short-term temporary-to-full-time opportunity and is located in the Las Vegas, Nevada area.

How you will make an impact

- Perform word processing, filing and faxing

- Greet and instruct visitors

- Field telephone calls

- Assist other employees with diverse projects- Accomplished computer skills are a must. This includes word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

- Deep understanding of legal files

- Residential real estate experience

- Commercial real estate experience

- Microsoft Excel experience desired

- Command of Microsoft Word

- Proven ability to use the internet for research

- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
