Family investment office located in Midtown is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. As the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, you would be responsible for answering all incoming calls, screening and routing them to the proper personnel, taking messages, ordering supplies, setting up meetings, filing and faxing and more. You will also be required to perform other administrative and clerical tasks and special projects as required. Skill requirements are: MS Office experience and proficiency with database management and spreadsheet applications a plus. Candidates must be able to work independently and with little direction. Flexible work hours are required as needed. This is an excellent role for someone pursuing higher education or another venture as there will be some downtime. - Strong communication and social skills
- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Substantial computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
- Skills in internet research
- Microsoft Word experience
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel
