TCG ATL has opened a contract role for an Agency Account Executive for one of our agency clients in Stone Mountain. In this role as an Account Executive you will be responsible for the day-to-day workflow of a large team servicing high profile clients. You will be expected to provide strategic brand and operational leadership for the agency and ensure consistency and connectivity on a day-to-day basis for the team. Experience in retail, shopper marketing, and integrated campaign strategy and execution with the goal of safeguarding and augmenting the efficiency of the company’s operations to facilitate accelerating growth and long-term agency success. Responsibilities:• Oversee the delivery of day-to-day deliverables for key agency accounts• Maintain regular communication with senior agency leadership and key client partners• Organize input into actionable programs and goals, setting clear expectations for project and service delivery• Develop and implement innovative campaign strategies, processes, and projects that aim to maximize return• Realize and develop key opportunity areas for strategic category development• Leverage strategic data regarding shopper trends to shape the campaign strategy• Effectively lead a team of up to 40 direct and indirect reports through the execution of the established campaigns with a “client-first” mentality
