Marketing Manager - DIRECT full-time!!
TCG is in search of a creative, self-motivated, efficient individual to promote a client's unique brand concept.
The Marketing Manager will be Dallas-based and lead a multi-market brand strategy by building and maintaining positive community relationships, communicating with the media, and designing and implementing events and promotions.
They will also assist with branded inventory management and internal communications.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Dallas' media outlets, social scene, and philanthropic and networking organizations. The ideal candidate will also have retail and/or merchandising experience with a flair for fashion and a passion for events and customer-centric promotions.

A Day in the Life of Responsibilities:
The Marketing Manager will
Manage projects and brand locally and in neighboring markets
Event, promotional, and creative coordination
Work with outside contractors and vendors to execute campaigns
Assist in pitching to media partners and keeping track of, and evaluating new opportunities
Review community partnerships and negotiate contracts for co-op dollars
Work with the corporate team to execute national campaigns on a local level
Manage and help maintain marketing budget
Research opportunities and analyze campaign results
Marketing Manager MUST HAVEs
Marketing Manager must be a self-starter, ambitious and resourceful
Excellent and clear communication skills with an open, team approach
4-year college degree in marketing, communications, business or related field is preferred
Multi-tasking with multiple projects, resources and deadlines
Experience providing direction and executing strategy across multiple markets
Excellent writing skills for both internal and external communications
Excellent networking skills and the ability to act as a brand ambassador who can exemplify the brand image at all times
Local community member with established contacts in Dallas preferred
Experience with jewelry or luxury goods is a bonus
