The Creative Group is seeking a multi-skilled digital content producer and excellent communicator for an exciting Digital Marketing Producer position with a local business in the retail industry. Our candidate would be responsible for managing outgoing email and social media communications, creating web content & copy and managing the e-mail marketing lifecycle, among other responsibilities. This is a part-time (20 hours/week), temporary position with management in Albany, OR, but the work can mostly be done remote; anticipated length of service is 2-3 months.
Responsibilities:
Manages all aspects of digital media production and distribution
Creating marketing materials, community research, partnership development and coordination.
Writes, designs and executes all related website spotlights
Produces and coordinates digital marketing materials
Develops e-mail marketing & social media plan for the organization and executes social media actions.
The role is 80% remote working one day a week at the office in Albany for the first few weeks at least
Hours and days are flexible for work
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in Development and/or Marketing
Experience with pay-per-click ad prep, Google Ads (Adwords)
Experience with social media marketing (organic across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively under deadline pressure
Experience with project management and customer service
Proficiency with Microsoft office, WordPress and various CMS
Ability to design landing pages for Wordpress website
Experience with SEO informed Copywriting
Creative problem solver; self-starter who takes initiative to figure out how to take an idea and make it work
Preferred Qualifications:
Skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Ability to interface closely with internal technical and non-technical staff to support the organization's mission
