A company in the South Puget Sound is actively seeking a Healthcare Call Center Representative located in Tacoma. As a Call Center Representative you will be responsible for listening, talking, and solving the problems of customers. If you have healthcare and customer service or call center experience, this may be the perfect job for you. This position is a full-time temporary to permanent position. - Participate in inbound and outbound calls and other forms of communication to address needs of customers
- Solve customers' inquiries in a timely and effective manner
- Ability to de-escalate and thoroughly understand customer needs.
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid is helpful
- Epic experience or CRM database knowledge
- Ability to navigate in numerous systems and multitask
