OfficeTeam is looking for a self-starting, organized General Office Clerk who enjoys interacting with a variety of people. This essential role performs various administrative support tasks, which includes operating office equipment and completing general clerical work. Based in Tucson, Arizona, the General Office Clerk is a short-term temporary position.

- Deliver support on diverse employee projects as necessary
- Offer help with front desk and receptionist duties
- Interface with customers in a friendly manner and provide service quickly and accurately
- Receiving and placing telephone calls
- Demonstrate command of such tasks as data entry, faxing, copying, scanning, filing, and word processing
- Greeting customers with a smile
- Conform to prescribed style and format when drafting correspondence

- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures
- Experience with Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds
- Strong organization skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
- Customer service experience desired
- Comfortable handling office equipment
- At least 1 year of Office Clerk experience preferred
