OfficeTeam is looking for a poised and reliable Front Desk Coordinator/Office Coordinator for a great company in the Phoenix area.
- Sit at the front desk as the first point of contact
- Meet and greet all incoming guests, clients, and candidates
- Seat visitors in conference rooms and bring them beverages
- Sign for packages and ping the appropriate person to pick up their package
- Stock the kitchen with snacks
- Keep a clean environment for the lobby and kitchen
- Assist with administrative ad hoc projects as requested
- Ability to work under supervision and on your own
- Consistent, reliable, and tech savvy
- Ability to keep up in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to multitask and take on multiple projects
- Must know how to use Mac and PC computer
- Knowledge of Slack is preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
