The Receptionist will answer multi -line phones and greet walk in guests. The Receptionist will be responsible for data entry into MS Excel and MS Word, scheduling in MS Outlook, distributing mail, lots of mailings using mail merge, correspondence, reports and other administrative duties as assigned. The successful Receptionist will have outstanding customer service, experience answering multiline phones and one or more years Receptionist experience. The ability to multitask and work with constant interruptions along with intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook skills are key to this position.   • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and keyboard skills
  • Strong familiarity with email
  • Solid understanding of composing various kinds of correspondence
  • Wide ranging experience with Microsoft Word
  • Expertise in proofreading
  • Experience with MS Outlook
  • Solid understanding of order entry
  • Skills in mail processing
  • Earlier work involving scanning
  • Quality experience with faxing
  • General familiarity with switchboard phones from 10 -30 lines
  • Good understanding of records maintenance
  • Previous experience working with navigating basic office equipment and protocols
  • Comprehension of collating
  • Import customer service experience highly desired
  • Well-founded grasp of editing
  • Proven knowledge of calendar managements and scheduling appointments
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Hands-on experience with switchboard phones from 1-10 lines
  • Practical knowledge of customer service
  • Prior experience with internet
  • Solid understanding of copying
  • Filing experience
