Robert Half is seeking out candidates with outstanding customer service skills for a Customer Service Representative position with one of its Fortune 500 healthcare clients, located in the Conejo Valley.
The Customer Service Representative will:
Develops and cultivate client business relationships
Determines solutions in troubleshooting complex issues.
Document and process client correspondence.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
In addition to the above-stated duties, the Customer Service Representative must hold the following skills:
2+ years of customer service experience
Ability to answer a high volume of monitored calls
Experience in healthcare/managed care is preferred
