OfficeTeam's client in Norwell is actively seeking a customer service representative to join their team. The customer service representative will be responsible for all customer contact in regards to their accounts. The customer service representative will work to place orders, track shipments, send pricing quotes, and assist with any customer issues. The customer service representative must have strong problem solving skills, the ability to think on their feet, and previous experience in a similar role.
Duration: Temporary to Hire
Pay: $14-$16/hour (Pay jump on permanent salary)
Hours: M-F 9-6
