OfficeTeam is in search of a Customer Service Rep/Outbound Sales Associate! If you are an an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative, this role in the growing IT Services industry may be for you. - May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
- Handle incoming telephone calls
- Offer friendly and outbound sales calling
- Receive and send written business correspondence
- High Volume of outbound sales calls
- Lead generation and collaboration with sales team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Numeric data entry experience preferred
- Outbound Marketing experience
- Adeptness in Outbound Sales
- Deep understanding of telemarketing
- Foundational knowledge in Heavily-Outbound
- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
- Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
- Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently
- 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired
- Microsoft Office experience preferred
