Robert Half Strategic Accounts is currently looking for a detail oriented Customer Service Representative for a Fortune 500 company. In this Customer Service Representative Role you will be responsible for answering phones, acting as the company liaison, and interacting professionally with customers. This is a long-term temporary-to-full time position located in the California Bay Area location.
Customer Service Representative Duties:
Answering a multi-line telephone system
Act as the main point of contact for the customer
Maintaining a detail oriented demeanor when interacting with customers
You will be onboarding new employees, and showing them how to use the company software
Helping customers with any needs or questions that they may have

Requirements
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge in customer service, with an ability to work in a fast paced environment, as well as having great attention to detail and accuracy.
The client is open to candidates that have their AS/AA in Business Administration or related field, as well as candidates that have just recently graduated with their BS/BA.
Familiarity with billing a processing
2-3+ years track record of exceptional customer care in a call center environment
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal communication
