OfficeTeam is looking for a strong Customer Service Representative for a temporary-to-hire position here in Wheeling, Illinois! This is a full time opportunity and a great company to grow and expand your customer service skills.
Duties will include:
- Field inbound calls from customers to take their orders and answer their questions
- Respond to inbound emails from customers to take orders and answer questions
- Make outbound calls to get delivery information from carriers
- Enter orders accurately into system
- Coordinate appointments between carriers and dock for pickup, and schedule delivery with customers
- Get customer info to complete new customer forms
- Must be bilingual in Spanish!
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
- Microsoft Office knowledge required
- Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
- Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
- No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
- Customer service and office administrative skills
- Proficient with diversified computer software and systems
- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and ERP systems
- Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks
- 2+ years of past relevant experience
