Robert Half Accounting Operations is partnering with a large project consulting firm to find an office manager for their Greater Boston Area office!
We seek an experienced Office Manager in the Greater Boston Area to manage daily office operations and coordinate support for employees, as well as manage all front office responsibilities. Office Managers also plan and coordinate office-wide special events. This position requires significant relevant work experience, strong people skills and ability to work independently in all of the following areas:
Serve as the office administrator in building and maintaining relationships with vendors, third-party services, software services, and building facilities
Perform light reception responsibilities with a service-oriented mindset including call direction, gatekeeping, and visitor care; a high level of professionalism and timeliness will be required
Own responsibility for keeping the office orderly and "client ready" including assisting with meeting preparation and general cleanliness
Order and manage inventory for office, equipment, and kitchen supplies; including snacks, beverages, and catering
Manage the mail flow, shipping accounts, and assist with general inquiries, filing, faxing, scanning, copying, and archiving documents
Requirements
BA/BS degree required
5-10 years successful prior work experience as administrative office manager or facilities manager
Software Experience: QuickBooks, ADP Platforms, Microsoft Suite
Previous Experience in Office Management, Project Management, Human Resources, and Customer Service preferred
Event management/planning a plus!
