Responsibilities As an Enterprise Sales Director you are in charge of generating new customers and increasing the use of RoadSync through your assigned customer base.

This is an individual contributor role, reporting directly to the Head of Sales. • Generate new leads by cold calling, networking, email campaigns, attend conferences, etc. • Develop a pipeline and advance sales through phone prospecting. • Prequalify prospects, build rapport, identify needs, educate and introduce solutions, present online demonstrations of RoadSync’s platform. • Document and update all activities in a CRM. The role requires a high level of integrity, accountability and superlative customer satisfaction. You are expected to consistently meet or exceed all daily, weekly and monthly sales objectives such as activity metrics and goals. Requirements • Min of 5-8 years experience in SaaS technology sales • Nice to have: • Experience in merchant services, credit cards, specialty payments, or telecom sales. • Experience working in a remote environment • Located in the Metro Atlanta area • Hunter mentality - ability to break into new logo accounts by means of cold calling, emailing, networking, joining conferences, planned marketing events, etc. • Due to changes in the sales process from Covid, candidate must be comfortable sourcing deals by making phone calls and without traveling in the near term • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills; able to develop strong relationships with internal and external parties • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Associate or Bachelor’s degree • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment • Motivated to drive growth in a fast paced environment Why RoadSync?  • Awesome team of diverse individuals who believe in each other • Mentorship from successful executives • Wellness Perks • Equity opportunity • Full coverage of individual health benefits (Health, Vision & Dental) • Unlimited PTO
