Description in detail:


The Crushing and Screening Specialist is the primary contact for account managers and customer support advisors on IROCK Crushing and Screening Products. This individual will support both the sales process and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The specialist will have and develop strong customer relationships as well as have excellent understanding of the market, product crushing & screening business in AZ and Southern CA. This individual will assist the Division Manager in achieving the business plan for the Crushing and Screening business lines.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Generate and build strong and lasting business relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Resolve basic product support issues.
  • Report competitive market data and changing market conditions.
  • Work with customers and potential customers to provide solutions to their equipment needs.
  • Frequently visit customer facilities and jobsites related to customer support activities.
  • Must be available to work nights and weekends as necessary to provide customer support. Key Competencies
  • Problem solving, relationship building and ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Good knowledge of the Crushing and Screening business and customers’ needs
  • Motivated, must work independently and ability to travel overnight
  • Other duties may be assigned


Educational/Experience Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with related experience in crushing and screening industry
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, business systems and excellent verbal and written communication skills

Work Environment:

  • Sales environment with exposure to heat, cold, dust, dirt and noise.
  • Field environment with exposure to adverse weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, rain, dust and dirt.
