Are you friendly, outgoing, and have a positive energy about you? Do you like greeting people, answering phones, and scheduling appointments? If you feel you would like to work with a growing Financial Planning/Wealth Management Company with room for advancement, look no further. We are looking to hire a Receptionist for our Scottsdale location. This could be a Part-Time or Full-Time opportunity. We are looking for someone to grow with our firm and eventually learn and help with client service and marketing projects.
- Greet clients and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Communicate with clients via phone and email
- Update CRM with notes and client activity
- Perform all other office tasks including mail, filing, and client events.
- Friendly, Positive, with an outgoing personality
- Previous experience in office reception, and administration
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
