Sales Executive
Chicago-based RiverPoint is a premier IT staff augmentation and
solution provider. Due to our continued growth, we are expanding our
Chicago office highly skilled sales team and seek an experienced sales executive
who has developed a strong staff augmentation presence with knowledge
of companies in the Chicago market. To compliment your efforts we have
built a highly experienced global recruiting team who provide Talent Acquisition
using dynamic tools designed to provide our clients the
right staff augmentation solutions. Due to our continued rapid
growth in staff augmentation, we are seeking a motivated, driven individual to
sell staff augmentation in a new Chicago territory. The person chosen
will be located in our convenient DesPlaines, Illinois office traveling to
clients as business is developed. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years'
experience in IT staffing sales within the Chicago market and be able
to travel the required territory area.

Job Responsibilities:

Researching, marketing and effectively presenting RiverPoint services to
new and existing clients.

Developing new business through in-person meetings with key hiring managers
and senior level executives.

Penetrate new business using the telephone and participating in networking

Successfully maintain and expand the client base.

Maintain pipeline of existing and prospective business.

Secure qualified job requirements from existing and new
prospective clients.

Grow revenue base and establish plan for future business growth.

Contribute to a positive client experience and develop
key executive relationships.

Strong communication skills to interact at all levels within client

Minimum Requirements:

Strong Aptitude, Passion and Experience in technology services.

Minimum 5 years selling IT Contract Staffing Services at the account level.

Ability to acquire new accounts through creative
business strategies and effective sales techniques.

Proven new business development track record across all size

Ability to develop and grow local, national and/or mid-market accounts.

Self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills.

In-depth understanding of the IT market and ability to work both within the
Vendor Management framework and direct client relationships.

Knowledge of IT applications, Systems, Infrastructure ERP, Database Management,
Operating Systems, Web Services Architecture/Development, Data Warehousing, Big
Data, Business Analytics, Application Development, Internet, Mobile
Applications, Testing and Application Maintenance.

Highly competitive with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Bachelor’s degree.
