The Banquet Server is responsible for providing food and beverage STAR Service to Members/Guests during organized private and club events, ensuring satisfaction, Member retention, and coordinating with the other Club departments.
Banquet servers are to maintain high service standards as outlined in the Hospitality First training program; provide a warm welcome to and make them feel at home; assist fellow Employee Partners, Members and guests to ensure delivery of the 3 steps of service without being directed; and be aware of team members and the environment and participate as a member of the team.
Banquet servers with interest in bartending may be trained to banquet bartend.
- Ability to walk and stand for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Availability open to work late nights and weekends
- Previous food and beverage server experience preferred, but not required
