Rise Modular, LLC is a leading construction technology company that designs, engineers, and manufactures full volumetric modular units for inclusion in multi-family apartment and hospitality development projects. Its headquarters and this position are based in Minneapolis, Minnesota or Owatonna, Minnesota.

Job Description:

The HVAC Installer will install various HVAC systems. The HVAC installer will inspect the current equipment, find defects in the device and report any decencies. The HVAC Installer must be skilled in cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems. Your essential daily duty is to provide guidance and work within a team environment.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Vocational, training, or apprenticeship of an HVAC program
• Current HVAC technical license preferred but not required
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 80lbs
• Must be able to work from a ladder
• Any other duties as assigned

Essential functions:

• Inspect the effectiveness and safety of current HVAC system
• Install ventilation, air conditioning systems and equipment
• Diagnose HVAC systems for electrical and mechanical defects
• Maintain a detailed inventory of all HVAC equipment and resources
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with OSHA
• Participate in all technical training
• Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements
