This position will primarily work with our NIH client to develop improved business processes, project management, analyses, and reporting capabilities based on industry best practices.
You will improve user experience and support the training and adoption of SharePoint and related technologies. Additionally, you will lead information technology professionals and provide mentorship and coaching. General Information Job Code: PRO-IT-04M Location: NIH Main Campus - Bethesda, MD Employee Type: Exempt, Full-Time Regular (Ask our recruiters about ) Telework: Partial Clearance: Public Trust Manager: Yes Number of Openings: 1 Salary Range: $86,000 to $108,000 (how we ) Responsibilities Create and edit SOPs for various system processes and change management efforts. Develop IT systems change management plans and ensure a successful rollout. Design and conduct user training on systems. Lead the creation and maintenance of IT project plans that communicate tasks, milestone dates, status, and resource allocation utilizing software life-cycle methodology. Develop strong client relationships and provide frequent project status reviews. Research and evaluate alternative technology strategies and solutions. Conduct feasibility studies and where possible, developing prototypes for piloting.
Manage office cloud/data systems, particularly SharePoint Identify user requirements to develop the appropriate SharePoint design and workflows. Review existing SharePoint architecture and make recommendations regarding structure for meeting the business requirements of clients Develop personal Quality Control processes and ensure final products are error-free Collaborate with clients on short- and long-term goals for system improvements to improve efficiency and end-user experience and streamline system management Develop reports and presentation materials for clients Effectively communicate the status of projects Other duties as assigned Requirements Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor's degree 6 years' related experience Basic Requirements Ability to lead large-scale implementation and change management efforts. Demonstrative experience working in and modifying SharePoint sites Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Highly organized, efficient, and extremely detail-oriented Ability to work independently, including prioritization, and knowledge of when to seek assistance in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Ability to pass a federal background check Able to write professional emails and communicate clearly To be successful at Ripple Effect, you must be able to pay attention to details, clearly communicate, work independently, and have an eagerness to learn.
