Job Description

One of our biggest clients in the healthcare industry is making strides in a number of specialized practices. They are committed to providing top care and their rapid growth is a sign of their success. They are looking to onboard ten or more Contact Center Agents that can provide various duties via phone to their customers and clients. This position is on-site in Westchester County, NY, five days a week, 8am-5pm. This is a 3-6 month contract-to-hire role.


Contact Center Agents Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails

·        Identify and escalate issues to supervisors

·        Provide product and service information to customers

·        Research required information using available resources

·        Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

·        Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls


Contact Center Agents Qualifications & Skills:

·        1-3 years of experience in a call center environment

·        High school diploma or equivalent

·        Proficient in relevant computer applications

·        Healthcare experience preferred

·        Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
