Looking for an opportunity to work with a great team that is committed to improving the quality of life for the people we serve?  Right at Home Northwest is seeking an office assistant to join our Oak Harbor care team.

Right at Home is an in-home care agency that serves seniors and disabled adults throughout Northwest Washington.  We assist our clients with activities of daily living including personal care, hygiene assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, mobility assistance, and general companionship.  

As an office assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our Care Management team by triaging phone calls, communicating with agency clients and staff, assisting the scheduling team, maintaining electronic and physical files, and performing general office duties.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong computer skills and experience using Microsoft office applications, strong time management skills, the ability to remain calm and collected in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for helping seniors and disabled adults.
