Personal Care shifts pay range from $16hr to $20hrSchedule: Flexible hours, available shifts change based off of client's needs

Duties of the CNA Certified Nursing Assistant (varies based on client needs)

• Help clients take prescribed medication
• Assist clients with ambulation
• Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctors appointments, walks, etc.)
• Assist with personal care and hygiene
• Help with physical therapy exercises
• Plan and prepare meals
• Do the clients shopping or accompany them to do so
• Perform housekeeping duties
• Be pleasant and supportive
• Report any unusual incidents
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Requirements of the CNA Certified Nursing Assistant

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
• Must have the ability to pass a full employment background check
• 1 year experience in healthcare
• Must have completed a CNA course or equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking
• Adhere to health and safety standards
• Be respectful and compassionate
• Strong ethics
• Physical endurance
