Job Description

Our fast paced, growing insurance office is looking to fill an entry level sales position. This position is part time, scheduling appointments or calling our contacts for new clients needing new insurance quotes or coverage reviews.  Full time employment opportunities are also available for sales representatives looking to improve their selling techniques and increase commissions.  This position offers a base salary + commission opportunities.. Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
  • Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
  • Document each customer contact in eAgent.
  • Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Take premium payments from customers.
  • Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
  • Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
  • Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets.
  • Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
  • Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
