i. Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing plans and specifications and performing quantity
take‐offs for select trades. Utilizing on‐screen take off software is a positive.
ii. Develop and prepare conceptual estimates with minimal subcontractor assistance using limited
preliminary design documents/information.
iii. Qualify and level subcontractors' proposals according to project specifics.
iv. Itemize trade specific scopes and prepare bid packages.
v. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
vi. Interact with clients, architects, engineers and Local Jurisdictions to understand and incorporate
project objectives, schedules, permits, costs, etc.
vii. Develop and Manage a project’s Phasing and Sequencing schedule.
viii. Collaborate with Permit Coordinator to insure permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
have been secured.
i. Acquire updated equipment and materials cost as required.
ii. Ensure all documents collected during the bid process are available and consolidated to be
delivered to the Sr. Project Manager upon award.
iii. Aid in any and all change orders if requested, submitted and processed within the contractual
time limits set by the client.
iv. Verify that sub‐contractors are licensed as required by appropriate authorities having
v. Aid to resolve client and vendor complaints in a timely and respectful fashion and ensure that
the company maintains a positive image and provides unrivaled services.
