We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/HR Assistant in our Richmond office conveniently located just off Broad Street between Scott's Addition and the Museum District. This role is the front - line contact/receptionist for the Agency, determining the needs of callers and visitors. The selected candidate will perform a wide range of administrative, clerical and support functions, including maintaining HR and client records involving confidential information. QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an understanding of how to build goo working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledgeable about office operations, including telephone communications, manual and electronic filing and data retrieval systems, basic office equipment and forms management.
- Detail oriented, with the ability to analyze information, evaluate results, and implement the best solution.
- Excellent computer skills, with working knowledge of the primary Microsoft Office Suite programs and high proficiency with Excel and database programs to maintain accurate recordkeeping. Familiarity with HRIS systems a plus.
- High School Graduate or equivalent, OR
- 1-2 years or more office assistant experience, preferably in Human Resources, OR
- equivalent combination or education and on the job experience.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and other pre-employment screening.
This is a full-time, hourly position. Pay rate $15 - $17 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, vision, life insurance, dental, 403 B Retirement plan, sick and annual leave.
