Customer Service Representative
- $45,000 to $75,000 Yearly (plus commission)
- Full-Time
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Our customers will be coming to us one-on-one at our retail locations. This position handles both retail customer service and retail sales.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
āQualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport and a trusting relationship with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to have fun with your customers!
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
