Regional Sales Director Description

Our client in the electronics manufacturing industry is looking for a Regional Sales Director – Eastern Region to join their team. You will be responsible for managing independent manufacturing representatives, along with members of the inside sales and customer service teams. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will continue to drive growth for the Eastern Region. Our client is looking for someone with strong leadership skills and a deep knowledge and understanding of electronics/ electronic components. Regional Sales Director Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to maintain and expand sales
• Travel 2-3 days per quarter throughout the territory, when needed
• Prepare, and implement short-term and long-term sales plans for each account
• Support quotations within key accounts
• Leverage the CRM to manage a funnel of opportunities
• Work with the Customer Service Dept. to expedite the resolution of customer problems
• Keep abreast of market trends, pricing, and customer projects
• Meet annual goals and measurable non-revenue objectives

Regional Sales Director Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial, electronic, or electrical product sales management experience required
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required
• CRM experience required
