Job Description

Transaction Coordinator Job Description Real Estate land acquisition firm seeking experienced Transaction Coordinator to handle contract management for potential clients. TC will capture data from proprietary CRM software, convert data into a contract between potential client and our office and coordinate notarized signatures of potential client. This will require TC to research local rules and regulations regarding notarized signatures and create of list of notary services to be utilized for each contract; All Transaction Coordinators will receive training relevant to the job responsibilities and be required to communicate regularly with our Project Manager. Required Experience: • Must have 1-2 years real estate experience, preferably as a transaction coordinator; • Excellent written and verbal skills; • Ability to work in a fast past environment with shifting priorities; • Organizational skills are a must. This is a 100% remote, full time position reporting directly to a Project Manager who will oversee your progress. This position is classified as a 1099, independent contractor position and as such, contractor will be responsible for all employment taxes and will set their own hourly schedule. The hourly rate of pay is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour with the potential of a per contract bonus for each file secured.
